The Student Concierge Club is the only tailormade welcome and support club for students on the move throughout Spain, France and the rest of Europe. It is committed to helping students with their administrative needs as they plan their transition to studying abroad.

They will help with reducing the administrative complications and ensure that you feel safe and supported before and after you arrive.
Our partnership with Fintiba will allow every BSBI student who uses Fintiba services to qualify for a €400 scholarship. BSBI will have the right to nominate up to five students per year for this scholarship. The criteria which BSBI will take into consideration to assign the scholarship will include academic performance, the participation in different events organised by the school and more.
Additionally, using Fintiba services will help students prepare their pre-study documents. This means transferring the correct amount to a blocked account and/or applying for statutory health insurance.

Law firm SERS RECHTSANWALTSGES.mbH has partnered with BSBI to provide international students with free visa advice as well as personal consultations, assistance with city registration, residence titles and more.
A consultant from SERS RECHTSANWALTSGES.mbH will visit BSBI at the start of each academic year to host a lecture covering common queries such as family reunifications, residence permit and other important issues.
Private consultations for students will last 20 minutes, allowing for plenty of time to ask the experts questions.
BSBI is partnered with TransferMate, an online platform dedicated to making international payments faster and simpler. As a result of this collaboration, BSBI students can pay their tuition and accommodation fees using their own currency and without international sender/receiver fees. BSBI is partnered with DAK to offer students a simplified way of applying for and getting the statutory health insurance. All student needs to do is fill out an application form and send it, together with their enrolment confirmation, to our specifically appointed DAK contact person.
